I can hardly believe that my dear husband is 30 today! He is such a wonderful man and I think he is the greatest husband and dad in the world! Happy B-day my love! This will only happen once in your life that you turn 30 on the 30th of the month!!!! YIPEE FOR LEAVING YOUR 20's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I must add a happy bday to Pappy as well! You are the best dog!!!! Happy 9th bday today!
Ryan's cousin Colby had his missionary farewell last Sunday and it was really neat to hear him speak! He is a great kid and will make a wonderful missionary! The people of Washington DC South are lucky to have him for the next 2 years. We will miss you Colby!
So Ryan had some continuing education credits he needed to take in Portland and Hunter and I decided to go along for the weekend! We left on Tuesday evening and made it all the way to Boise to stay with my sister in law Shannon and her cute family for the night! We decided it would be best if Hunter got to play for a few hours so we did not leave Boise until around 12:00 or so~ Then we were off!!!! It was so fun to see so many friends! In Portland we stayed with our good friends the Hairs! In the 1 day Hunter and I were there we saw so many of my favorite people in Portland! Sorry Aunt Janet, You were on that list but I only had 5 hours on Thursday before Hunter and I caught the train up to Seattle!
Our train ride both to and from were so much fun! Hunter did not want to get off we were having that much fun! In Seattle I got to stay with my parents for a day and a half! See a good friend, family and meet my brothers girlfriend!
After a whirlwind of a trip we are now home and I have so much to do today to get caught up! I had a great time with my family and friends and I miss them very much!!!!

Oct 21st 2005- Nov 9th 2005
It was a very normal day that turned out to be a crazy night. You were worth every scary second! The next 19 days of your life would be a whirlwind of events! We were so grateful we were able to spend 19 days with you! When those 19 days were up with sadness your dad and I knew you were not meant to be with us! You had so much family that was able to meet you, and for those that were unable, there will come a day when you will meet them too!
Here are some things I chose to share that were written in a Hudson Journal!
You are one cute little man. You have tons of hair, huge palms and my feet! Your face is so beautiful, you look so peaceful all the time in fact your so sick that daddy and I actually said, "Why can't we just kiss his beautiful hand once." So we did Oct 30th your dads B-day. He loved that, I think you did too... Born at just 26 weeks we tried our best to keep you safe inside Mommy but you were ready! Although we weren't ready you sure were! (1 lbs 9 ounces)
You really hated weekends you know! Every weekend in your short life was tough, we had thought we made it through last weekend until Sunday at 5PM when you got a ton worse. This time it was your Blood Pressure that was the main issue!
On Monday, Grandpa Kepler, Jared and your daddy got to give you a name and a blessing!
You opened your eyes and looked and me and then your dad! Oct 28th
You look around all the time now! Nov 4th
You have such normal and cute facial expressions
We all love you so much and will miss all the moments we did not get to share with you on this earth.

How is being a mom just not the FUNNEST JOB EVER!!!!!!!!! Here are some fun times Hunter and I shared this past week!

So for those of you who read my blog post about my first canning experience you know that it was only by the services of one very nice woman that I leaned the beginner skills. Well this is part 2 of the story, see I went to go return all of the stuff I borrowed from her and thank her when she told me to take all the stuff back home because she had a ton of Fugi apples and pears for me to do next! YIKES!!!! You should have seen all the boxes she gave me of fresh fruit from her orchard!!! Yes people gave is the right word this woman is wonderful and I feel so blessed! Then as I was about to leave she said wait, "you will need this machine to make your apple sauce" Wow, I took one look at that and thought maybe there is an easier way to do this but you know what I don't know any different so 12 cans later I kind of started to feel as thought I was a true pioneer!!! What a blessing this has been for me to learn such a neat skill, my only hope is that it all tastes good! 12 bottles down ??????? on how many I have yet to do!!!!
This machine may be over 50 years old but it got the job done!

When my parents came to visit they got hunter a couple of Thomas and friends trains and well the other day we got him some tracks to put them on! He has had hours upon hours of fun play time! 
For those of you who saw my play dough post, Hunter makes a way better burger if you ask me!

Ryan calls every day to let me know he is on his way home! Hunter loves this because he knows daddy is on his way this is what he spends that time doing!
Ryan and I went into Hunter's room to make sure he had his covers on him and this is what we found! YES HE IS ASLEEP!!!
So the other day this sweet little older lady from our church comes up to me in the grocery store and asks me how canning has been going for me this year. With sadness I told her that I don't know how to can! She grabbed my cart and said, "How does Wednesday sound to you?" How could I say no to that, so she selected all my peaches and sugar and told me she would take care of the cans. How sweet that was of her, so she spent Wed morning with me for like 3 hours and then set me loose to do the rest!
Julie, I know you have been trying to get together with me to teach me but I can say this I still have a ton to learn!!!!! 
On Thursday we were so lucky to get a visit from our other neighbors in Portland that we have missed so much! Mike and Kris decided to come for a visit on Thursday and we had so much fun! They stayed one night and then went to Yellowstone! They they were back for more fun on Monday evening! We seriously had so much fun! And from the pic's you can see we were tourists in our own town with them here for a visit. I miss them already and can't wait to see them in just a few weeks when we got to PDX!!!!!!

So my dear friend Carrie came and spent another fun day with me, and this is what we did! We went out to lunch with Ryan at a fantastic burger place in Logan and then we headed off to Wal-Mart!!! I would not refrain from purchasing this hamburger maker for Hunter! He was so excited to play with it he held onto it tight all the way home! HE FELL ASLEEP ABOUT 10 MIN FROM HOME!!!! We felt so bad we decided to have a little fun during his naptime! As you can see WE DID!!!
