Well as you all know, ryan and I have been withought internet for a little over 3 months now and I am just about going CRAZY!!!! However, I am livin it up while we are at my parents house for the holidays. We have so much snow here in the Seattle area! We left lots of snow and came to probably even more snow wich is totally crazy for this area!!!! The difference between Idaho snow and Seattle snow is that Idaho keeps on living. Seattle totally shuts down, I think people just panic. Just driving from the mall to my parents house we drove 5 mph behind a massive group of very slow drivers. Crazy but funny at the same time. Due to the snow though, we did have to miss Ryans Graduation for Chiropractic school. I was mumbed!!!!!! Well, tis the season to be jolly though and both ryan and I have so much to be greatful for. Hunter is healthy, ryan is done with school and we are all happy!!!! We hope and pray that everyone is safe this holiday! May you be safe in the snow!

Well, as many of you know, our first little one passed away a little over 3 years ago. I wanted to take a moment and remember the day he was born and the 19 days we were able to spend with him. It was about 4pm when little hudson was taken by emergency c-section and ryan and I's life will never be the same. He was such a cute little guy and he will be missed so much! In those 19 days he never got to leave the NICU but we were with him most of the hours in each day. We were able to sit next to him and touch him! I will never forget the first time he looked into my eyes and then into Ryan's eyes. What a sweet moment that was! I prayed each day that I would be able to take him home and raise him, however, I guess the Lord knows what was best. Although it took me a long time, I finally realized just how lucky that little squirt is to be in heaven. I miss him every day and around his birthday it always makes me reflect his life! Thank you again for all of you who helped us through that rough time in our lives.

Wow, where do I even begin????? Ok, lets just say moving is not an easy thing anyways but when you do it 2x's not even FUNNY! To make a long story short we rented a uhaul that was just way to small. After 8 hours of trying to get everything to fit and many items sold we decided to unload it all and try again the next day!!!! Yikes it right, by 7 am we were reloading a larger rig and yes, even that barely fit all of our stuff. Who knew you could have so much stuff!!!! I told Ryan, lets just leave it all with a big fat FREE sighn on it.
Ok well, we are now in idaho and pretty much settled in! Hunter sure loves all the space we have and the pups hardly know what to do with themselves. Ryan and I are so loving the fact that we get to relax far more that we ever were able to in Oregon. Yesterday we signed on our office space that we are planning on starting the buildout in very soon. WE LOVE IT!!!!! Things are great here and all and all my only 2 complaints is that we have no internet unless I go to my mom in laws or we have no cell phones because we are so out in the boonies. YIKES What will I ever do without those 2 things??????
So patients is all I ask for! We are only here until about January of February and then we plan to move to good old Logan Utah and there we will have both items. Sure do miss everyone and hope you all know how much you are loved. Here are some fun shots since being here.
This one is of hunter and I the top of a big haystack!!
He was a bit cold in this one!
I think he is thanking Heavenly Father for more room to roam around in!!
He had a bug on his finger and he wanted to show me!!! How cool are bugs????

Well it is time! We have had many good memories here in Portland but we always knew this day was moving on us pretty fast. To those we love here please I pray we can keep in touch! To our neighbors Steve, Wonda, Lori and many others we have loved each of you dearly and will miss you!
Nicole- You were so fun and so great ! I will miss all of our garage selling, long chats and fun times. Thanks for being such a great friend.
Mike and Kris- What can I say, you guys were the best! I love all of our coupon fun times, hanging out and talks thanks for being the best neighbors ever!
Steve- Thanks for always being such a great friend you will forever be one of our most favorite people
Lori- It was so fun getting to know you and see how much you loved being with hunter. He will sure miss all your goodies and smiles!
Wonda- I always loved that you would walk by and always say hi! You are a great Portland memory.
We made many other friends as well and they will all be missed. Most of all Jacob and Briaunna Hair!!! We love you guys!
So now about our move, all I can say is yikes! We had a lot of help the first day but by the end of our night we realized we would have to unload the u haul into our yard overnight and wait for a larger U haul in the early morning. We were so tired we could not even think straight but the time we got on the road the next evening. 1 day behind schedule and tired. We slept that night with blankets on our hardwood floors in that house. Here are some great pics of our move.
Moving days are always so crazy and messy!!!!
Ryan worked so hard!
This was our moving van that ended up being TOOOOOO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!
Hunter loved that ramp and Lori got a good workout!
Lori, we will miss you! Thanks for playing with hunter that whole 2 days.
Wonda, thanks for all your help that day!
He had the best job!
He managed to give me a thumbs up even though we were so not excited for the 14 hour drive. I had hunter he got the pups!
Can you tell just how tired we are! This is our last family shot in PDX
Hunter did so well this entire trip! Never a fuss out of him! It was great!!! He is such a trooper.
We are on the road!

Today I caught hunter in his room playing with the pups. I love it when everyone gets along. Hunter adores pappy and pappy adores him. Now foxy, well that is a bit different. She pretty much keeps to herself but sticks up for pappy 24/7 when hunter is beating up on him. Hunter tries so hard to be their friend and they are better to him that I ever expected. He gets at least 100 kisses a day and I wish I could say they were from me but they are from THEM!!!!!

OK, not really a whole ton new, just PACKING!!!!! Ryan and I did however take hunter to the park the other day and it is so funny how he calls everything a kitty kitty. Especially since we don't even have a cat, we have two dogs. Funny, I know!!! We see any kind of animal or bird and you hear hunter scream.... KITTY KITTY.... It is so funny how he just points and gets so excited.
Today was a first, I really needed to do a bit of cleaning and hunter is one of those boys who can't even play 2 minutes by himself. But today for some reason he was extra quiet in the other room. When I discovered him, he had taken the knobs off of my cabinet and well lets just say I was surprised that he kept quiet and had the time of his life with just a door knob and a big screw for almost 3 hours. Can you believe that? Amazing how some things can just be so interesting.

Well, this has been a long time in the making but we are down to just 2.5 more weeks. I can't beleive it! We are just about all packed up and have almost everything in order, however, you know how moving goes..... You never feel ready. I am excited about my candle party on the 20th. I guess it will be my last little harah with all the girls here in pdx. Portland has been good to our little family but we always knew we weren't staying. So here we come Logan Utah! Ryan and I are really excited about his internship with smithfield chiropractic. Then we come back to portland in December just long enough for ryan to graduate!!!! Yipee.... Then we go back to logan and we plan to open our own office up. So wish us luck cuz we are heading out for an adventure..... As for the picture, it is just a fun one of hunter playing with pappy and foxy!

Well, things are about settled down for the night and I thought I would give this blog thing a try again! Ryan and I just got back from our nightly walk with our little hunter and well, we were unsucessful at getting him down for the night. Usually it works so well but for some reason it is 10:00 and he is still up! Happy but AWAKE!!! Today was a fun day for us, we got to spend it with a good friend of mine who has a little 6 month old daughter. It is crazy how time flies and you all of a sudden have a 13 month old child and not a newborn. It just got me thinking how very lucky we are to have our little hunter. He is such a joy in our lives and I thank my Father in Heaven every day for letting me be his mom. I can't believe how fast he has grown up but we are loving every day of it. I don't know why I all of a sudden just stopped to think about this but it really got to me tonight and I just want many of you to know how very greatful I am for all the help we got in getting this little squirt into our home. Many of you are the reason he is here as well.

As a family, we went to the Oregon zoo yesterday! Man do I love to go to the zoo. Maybe it's the kid in me but I find it really fun! Suprisingly hunter showed so much interest in all the animals however, the GOAT was his favorite. Take a kid to a zoo with lots of exotic animals and yep a GOAT is his favorite!!! I made goat sounds and he thought that was pretty funny. All you moms, no what it takes to make your kids laugh, mine likes animal sounds!!!
We were also so excited to see the 1st third generation baby elephant born in captivity. Now I don't know about you guys, but how often do you get a chance to see a baby elephant. He was such a cute little things! Now when I say little I mean 350lbs so LITTLE in elephant terms I guess.
My personal favorite was a red chimp who came over to the glass when she saw me and put her hand on mine. Through the glass of course. Then I even got lucky enought to get a few kisses from here! Can you believe that, how lucky can a girl get!!!!!
Well the zoo was fun and here are some great pics to share.

Kendra and her husband Brian looked so happy Congrats you two.
One really nice thing about living in Portland is I have been able to get to know my Aunt Janet and she is wonderful!
